Responsibilities
- Source and develop new users and partners through direct marketing, affiliate programs, partnerships, word of mouth, and cooperation with the marketing department.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing users/customers by providing timely support, answering inquiries, updating information, and ensuring a high-quality user experience to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, being able to clearly explain components, features, and benefits to effectively convince and retain customers.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends and consumer behaviors, research competitors, and propose upgrades or additional products/services that capture customer interest.
- Draft business proposals and contracts to acquire new revenue opportunities and negotiate with customers to offer competitive pricing while ensuring company profitability.
- Attend industry activities to connect with potential customers and expand the company's business network.
- Review customer feedback regularly and suggest necessary adjustments to products, services, and business methods to align with market demands.
- Develop detailed work plans and execute assigned KPIs with discipline and efficiency.
- Continuously update professional knowledge and enhance social and sales skills to improve personal and team performance.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or BOD.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 years experience in the familiar position;
- University degree in majors such as: Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar disciplines.
- Working experience as a business development officer, salesperson, marketing officer or similar positions.
- Proficient in the use of sales and customer service techniques
Preferred Requirement
- Good performance in previous positions.
- Good use of CRM software. Proficient in office computer skills, Microsoft Excel
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, persuasion and understanding customer psychology.
- Able to withstand pressure from work, have patience in taking care of customers.
- Understanding business metrics.
- Quick and flexible in handling situations and approaching customers.
- Having knowledge about Crypto, Blockchain or having the spirit to learn is a plus.
- English proficiency.

- Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.
